The product manager asked Michele to handle the show. After talking to a colleague who had some trade show experience and doing some research on the internet, Michele used B-liner to create the Breakdown shown below. 

If a cost estimate changed on an item, or an item deleted, the change was immediately reflected in the breakdown.  Items were checked off to track status.
