a product manager, just got the good news from the VP
that project Thunder Cloud
had just been approved. As he hung up the phone
he realized that he was responsible for handling
the Kickoff meeting!
He
immediately started thinking through the Kickoff
meeting issues using B-liner. After about 15
minutes he created the plan shown below. The
plan breaks down all the things that need to be
done and assigns a person responsible for doing
the task.
The
breakdown makes sure nothing falls through the
cracks and everybody knows what they need to do.
Each task is checked off when it's done to track
